Most of the work I do starts with a question, a challenge or an opportunity that doesn't have an obvious answer.
I work with business and civic leaders to understand what's really going on, determine what matters most, bring the right people into the conversation and figure out how to move forward.
Sometimes that means developing a strategy. Sometimes it means building a partnership, finding the resources to make something happen or helping a leader think through a difficult decision.
The work changes. The approach doesn't: listen carefully, ask good questions, be practical and get to work.
